It's All About Perspective

I'm always bringing up the rear on our family hikes - there's so much to see!  There is something so comforting in looking up at the trees; watching them reach for the sunshine and breathe life into their surroundings.   I find that keeping my eyes up, helps my own perspective stay positive.

This beautiful view of the birches is 24x30", alcohol ink on Yupo paper mounted on birch panel and finished with a glossy resin.  It has been varnished and sealed with a UV protectant and a glossy coat of resin for a luxurious finish.  (Alcohol ink should never be displayed in the sun.)
