So, this happened just a few days ago...
This was way outside of my comfort zone, as I am not one who likes to be in front of the camera. But, I'm so glad I did it! Two days after it aired, I spent 3 days at the Our Best to You Regina Spring 2019 Market. So many people came up to me and mentioned that they had seen the story and were so interested in the process.
The process - maybe we're all just interested in knowing 'how' everyone else is doing what they do. Is it easy for them? Do they ever struggle? How do they push through those challenging times? Whether it's art or life, we all just like to know we are not alone in the struggle.
Just so you all know, I do have a stack of ugly ones that didn't turn out or weren't going where I wanted them to go, but I hang on to those and learn from them or try working on them at a later time. Lesson learned - Embrace the unexpected, then persevere until you get something you like! In art, and in life!
Blessings on you - in art! and in life!
